The Redwoods is home to the first and only dedicated comfort, palliative, and hospice care center in Marin. The Redwoods offers an onsite skilled nursing facility, which is rated 5 stars for staffing by the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services, that includes comprehensive therapy services and individualized programs.
The Meadows Center for Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care
Residents at The Meadows thrive in these beautiful, restorative surroundings. Staff and volunteers love to assist residents in getting out and about the campus to enjoy the garden and surrounding views or simply visit campus destinations such as the library or central patio.
We offer a full spectrum of physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual programs.
